  • We only accept returns for products purchased directly from the Paslii website. Returns for items purchased from our indirect online and offline distributors will not be accepted.
  • Please ensure that the items, type of return/exchange, and related details are checked carefully before submitting the return/exchange request. Our courier partner will only pick up the items specified in the return/exchange request.
  • If the items handed over to the courier person do not match the details provided in the return/exchange request, we will conduct an internal investigation and respond accordingly.
  • If you self-ship any product without officially informing us through our return/exchange process, the return will not be processed.
